Right to Cancel
Pursuant to section 64 of Legislative Decree no. 206 dated 6 September 2005, as amended by Legislative Decree no. 21 dated 21.02.14 (the “Consumer Law “), Customers may withdraw from the contract without reason or the application of costs and penalties within 14 days.
To exercise this right, the Customer should sent a written notice of withdrawal to Falc S.p.A. within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods (the termination form provided at the foot of these general terms and conditions may be used for this purpose).
This notice should be sent in any of the following ways:

Upon receipt of the above notice of termination, the Customer Service of Falc S.p.A. will immediately forward instructions on how to return the goods to the Customer. The Customer should arrange to return the Product/s without delay, and in any case within fourteen days from the date on which it notifies the seller that it intends to withdraw from the contract.
The shipping costs to return the Product are at the expense of the Customer.
The Product purchased should be returned complete and undamaged with all relevant accessories and spare parts if any, in the complete original package (including packaging and documents etc…).
The Customer may handle the Product in order to verify its characteristics and functioning but will in any case be responsible for any reduced value of the Product caused by handling other than the above.
If the Customer withdraws from this contract, all payments made to the seller will be reimbursed, including delivery costs (excluding any extra costs paid for a different delivery method with respect to our standard low cost delivery method), when the Product has been returned. Reimbursement will be made with the same method of payment used for the initial transaction, other than if the Customer has not expressly agreed otherwise; the Customer will in any case not incur any costs for such reimbursement.
If the product is damaged during transport, Falc S.p.A. will inform the Customer accordingly (within the 5th working day from receipt of the product in its warehouse), in order to allow the same to file a claim with the courier selected by the same and obtain reimbursement of the cost of the product (if insured); in this case, the product will be placed at the disposal of the Customer for return, and the request for termination will be cancelled; Falc S.p.A. declines all and any liability for damage to or theft/loss of goods returned with an uninsured shipment; on arrival (at the warehouse), the product will be checked for damages or tampering not caused by transport.
